Summer is here – with sun, warmth, and long days outdoors. Even though we love the feeling of the sun on our skin, it needs recovery after days with sunscreen and heat. Here are my best tips on how to easily and effectively take care of your skin this summer – without any hassle.
🌿 Mask after a day in the sun
Give your skin a cool, restorative moment with the right mask:
💧 Soft Treatment Gel – A light, hydrating gel mask that soothes redness and feelings of dehydration. Can also be used as a day/night cream. Store in the fridge/minibar at the hotel for an extra cooling effect.
🌸 Phyto Mask No. 2 – A deep-cleansing, soothing green clay mask that balances and hydrates the skin after layers of sunscreen.
🌞 Less is more – let your skin breathe
Avoid heavy products and let your skin stand on its own during sunny days:
✨ Beauty Drops 1, 2 or 3 – Choose the variant that suits your skin type. Use as the only product under SPF for light, balanced, and glowing skin. Layer if you need more hydration. Wait 2 minutes between each layer.
🌙 Nourishment & flow at night
After the day, your skin needs help to repair and recover properly:
🌟 Golden Touch Oil – A nourishing night oil with essential fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants that strengthen the skin barrier and soothe dry skin . Warm a few drops in your hand and massage in – preferably with your Gua Sha for extra lymphatic drainage and a natural glow.
🧊 Ice bath - have you tried rinsing your face in a bowl of ice-cold water? Try this as a start to your day or as a finish when the heat strikes.

After a sunny day:

Cleanse your skin, then apply either Soft Treatment Gel or Phyto Mask No. 2. Leave on for 15–20 minutes, rinse, and continue with your nighttime routine.

Daily summer routine:

Cleanse → Beauty Drops (1, 2 or 3) → SPF.

Cleanse → warm 4–6 drops of Golden Touch Oil in your palm → massage in with upward movements. Finish with Gua Sha for maximum effect.
