TERMS OF PURCHASE
We at The Skin Coach AB sell skin care via the internet to private individuals in Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and have a valid Swedish ID document for parcel shipments. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to have consent to your purchase from your guardian. For card purchases where the customer is a minor, the authorized person is responsible for the card.
Orders are placed on our website www.theskincoach.se. If you have questions about how to order, please contact us at email@example.com . When you have completed an order, it means that you accept our terms of purchase and consent to your name and social security number being registered in our customer register. We confirm the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery cannot be made for any reason, and if you have placed multiple orders we reserve the right to combine your orders and deliver them in one package.
PRICES AND PRODUCT PICTURES
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping costs are added, depending on which shipping option you choose when ordering. The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance of the item is reproduced. We reserve the right to make any errors in the product information and to change the information and prices without prior notice.
In connection with your order and/or account registration, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to complete and provide the service you can expect from us.
All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads and other software, belongs to The Skin Coach AB or our suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
At checkout you can choose between different shipping methods. Read more about shipping methods, prices and delivery time here . We normally handle your order within 1-2 days (weekdays excluding holidays) from the order until the item leaves our warehouse, provided we have the item in stock. When the goods have left our warehouse, delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies that deliver your order within the specified time for the selected shipping method.
We use Shopify Payments as a payment solution. Shopify is one of the world's largest suppliers of e-commerce solutions and Shopify Payments is their solution for both customer and store to have a simple and secure way to shop and receive payments. Available payment options through Shopify Payments are constantly being expanded, but are currently:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
By clicking "Complete purchase" you agree to Klarna's terms and conditions and our terms of purchase. You can find more information and complete terms and conditions about Klarna's payment methods at klarna.se . For information about your payment, contact Klarna's customer service . You can also see your invoices and their payment status on klarna.se under "My pages".
Payment against Klarna invoice with 30 days payment period. No invoice fee is added. The invoice is sent via email in connection with the order being sent from our warehouse. To be able to pay against an invoice, the order needs to be sent to your registered address, and you need to provide correct and complete personal data. In case of late payment, a reminder is sent to you where you are required to pay a reminder fee of SEK 60.
2. PAY IN PARTS
You can partially pay your invoice via Klarna account. Pay in installments from 1/24 of the order amount, but at least SEK 50 a month. You can pay off the entire remaining debt at any time. Your account with Klarna will then be automatically closed. Complete terms and conditions can be found at Klarna.
3. CLEAR DIRECTLY
With Klarna Direkt, you easily pay directly at the checkout with your mobile bank ID. The money is withdrawn 1-2 days after we send your order. Activate the service by logging in to klarna.se and registering your account.
