WHICH FUTURE PRODUCTS SUIT ME?

So nice of you to ask! The best thing you can do to choose the right products is to schedule a video call with us! There we go through your skin's history, your goals, priorities and find a routine that suits you and your needs.

ARE FUTURE 5 ELEMENTS PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No. Future 5 Elements products and ingredients are not tested on animals. They are cruelty free. Additionally, all of their products are made in small batches to allow for close, human oversight, faster delivery, and fresher botanical formulations.

ARE FUTURE'S PRODUCTS VEGAN?

No, but most of it is! Beauty Drops and Golden Touch Oil are 100% herbal, as are most of their products. Some of their products contain ingredients such as milk, yogurt and collagen from fish. It is as follows:

- Mega Cream
milk protein and elastin and collagen from fish.

- Crème Éclair
milk and yogurt.

- Lemuria Phytomarine Series
milk protein.

- MicroLife E Elastine & MicroLife C Collagen
collagen and elastin protein from fish.

DO FUTURES PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS OR SOY?

Crème Éclair & Heritage Mask contains soy protein.

Future 5 Elements are nut free - but as the Heritage Mask contains ground herbs and spices, those with severe nut allergies should avoid this mask.

SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCTS IN THE FRIDGE?

No, it is not a must. We recommend that you store your products at a temperature between 7 - 29 C, i.e. not temperatures that are too low or too high. For best results, keep the products from freezing and prolonged overheating. If you are in a particularly hot region, we recommend that you put the products in the refrigerator.

WHICH SKIN TYPE IS FUTURE SUITABLE FOR?

All! Future 5 Elements products are carefully developed by experts in a laboratory for over 30 years. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types and conditions. :) To know which one is best for you, we recommend that you consult with us - e.g. using a video call . Full ingredient lists can be found on each product page and in case of any uncertainty/allergy, we recommend that you do a test on your wrist or share our ingredient list with your doctor before use.

ARE ALL FUTURES PRODUCTS PERFUME FREE?

Yes, all Future 5 Elements products are fragrance-free.

CAN YOU USE FUTURE'S PRODUCTS DURING PREGNANCY?

Yes! Although none of the Futures 5 Elements products have been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, we still recommend that you share the ingredient list with your midwife/physician for review prior to use.

WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?


How fun and we're so glad you asked us! When you experience a treatment with our expert, she will make suggestions for a skin care routine. We also offer skin care consultations via video call .

When you purchase a consultation via video call , our expert will ask about your skin problems, your lifestyle, products you are currently using, and your goals and priorities. After your consultation, you will receive an e-mail with a tailored skin care routine to use at home - carefully selected according to your needs. The consultation fee will be issued as a gift card so you can use that value to purchase recommended skin care products on our website.

IN WHICH ORDER SHOULD THE PRODUCTS BE APPLIED?

When layering products, you want to make sure that each step is absorbed into the skin to be most effective. A good rule of thumb is to apply one product, wait 30 seconds, then continue with the next. Apply according to consistency - thinnest to thickest.

HOW DO I OPEN THE BEAUTY DROPS BOTTLE?

Yes, it can be a little tricky the first time. A squeeze pipette tip comes with your serum in the package. Here's how to get it in place on your serum:
• Remember to keep the glass bottle upright.
• Pull the center of the aluminum ring towards the outside of the bottle and down to break the band around the glass disc.
• Pull out, lift away and remove the rubber plug underneath.
• Holding the glass bottle upright, firmly press the pipette around the outer edges of the top to seal the bottle.

To use your serum:
Unscrew the cap of the pipette tip, turn the bottle upside down and squeeze the neck of the pipette to apply drops directly to the skin or to the hand.

I HAVE VERY SENSITIVE SKIN, CAN I USE FUTURE'S PRODUCTS?

Absolutely. All Future 5 Elements products are specially designed to be gentle enough to be tolerated by even the most sensitive skin types as Future avoids excess and aggressive ingredients that can cause inflammation or irritation.

Everyone's skin is unique and the skin can react negatively to any ingredient. For example, some people may find that they are sensitive to natural ingredients such as essential oils or fruit extracts. This is one reason why we display all product ingredients on the product page of our website to enable customers to make the right choice. Even the most "kind" ingredients can cause a reaction in some people's skin, so we recommend testing a small amount of the product on the inside of your wrist to ensure it suits you.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF MY PRODUCT?

All beauty products must be used within a certain period. This is known as "shelf life" and "period after opening" - easily identified by the PAO symbol. The symbol can be recognized as the shape of an opened can and will have a number inside: 9M: 9 months, 12M: 12 months and 36M: 36 months. Once the product has been opened, it should be used within this period, as after this time the quality of the product will deteriorate.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop without creating an account - but if you register with us, you get the following benefits:

- Track your orders and review previous purchases.
- Request an exchange or return directly from your account.
- Add things you love or missed to your wish list.
- Save your address and card details so that you can shop even more smoothly in the future.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

When your package is sent from the warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your package. You can easily keep track of where the package is and when it is expected to arrive with the "My Packages" app. In the app, you also get digital flyers and you can identify yourself with Mobile BankID.

CAN I GET SAMPLES WITH MY ORDER?

Obvious! Based on what we have in stock, we send samples with all orders. You can also add a note with your order if you wish to try a specific product. If it is in stock, we will send it with your order. :) Unfortunately, we cannot send samples without purchase.

Sweden, Norway, Denmark & ​​Finland.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?

2-7 working days within the Nordic region.

HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD?

In the main menu, click > SHOP and then > GIFT CARD . Or CLICK HERE !
Then choose the amount you wish to give as a gift and put the card in the cash register. The gift card is digital and is sent to the email specified at the time of purchase. You can then forward it directly to the person you want to give this to. The gift card code is registered at the checkout when purchasing on the website and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?

If you do not collect your package from your agent, it will automatically be sent back to us after 14 days. We then charge a fee of SEK 250 for unclaimed packages.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT!

RETURNS

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We really hope you love your products as much as we do! But if for any reason you would like to make a return:

Any returns and exchanges must be made within 14 working days of receiving the order. As a customer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the item. The returned products must be unused and intact in the original packaging to be returned. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or altered in any way may be rejected and returned to the customer. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, this must be complained about.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO MAKE A RETURN?

Yes, in the case of a return, you are responsible for the return cost yourself.

HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN OPEN FOR BUYING?

You have an open purchase for 14 working days after receiving the order - as long as the product you return is unused and in unbroken packaging.

WHAT BETA SETS DO YOU HAVE?

We use Shopify Payments as payment method. Shopify is one of the world's largest suppliers of e-commerce solutions and Shopify Payments is their solution for both customer and store to have a simple and secure way to shop and receive payments. Available payment options through Shopify Payments are constantly being expanded, but are currently:

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

The cost of shipping depends both on how big your shopping cart is and which country you live in. Orders over SEK 1,000 are free of shipping within Sweden. You can find the different shipping options for your order at checkout.

HOW DO I PAY WITH A GIFT CARD?

You enter your gift card number at checkout. There is a field in the checkout where you enter the code.

DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

We handle your order the same day if the order is received before 11 a.m. We ship the order the same day or the next weekday. DHL delivers to your nearest drop-off point or the drop-off point you selected yourself at checkout within 1–3 business days.
